Today is a momentous day for me:
I just hit 500 followers!
I (literally) couldn’t have done it without you!
Let me know who you are!
Introduce yourselves and answer the important question: if you could have any pet in the world (with no allergies or issues feeding them) what would it be?

I’m Cindy, a writer in Pine Level, NC. I love my dog. My writers group met in a cat café for a year and finally I moved the group to a pet-neutral location. The cats were stealing our pens. I enjoy your posts!

What type of puppy? (can you share a pic?!)
And I never thought about how much the cats would play with pens at a cat cafe!

Morgan congratulations on hitting 500! It is no small feat. Wishing you continued successes.
As far as pets I am afraid I couldn’t limit myself to just one. I would have a giant aviary of Hawks and falcons and owls and all manner of dragons.

Thank you! I’m still bouncing. 😉
You’re clearly partial to our winged friends. 🙂 I don’t blame you.

Way to go Morgan. Congratulations on 500! Sorry I didn’t help on the 500 but I just started following you toward 1000. What type of pet? I’m trying to stay free from pets to lessen responsibilities when we want to travel. Every dog we’ve had in the past had allergy issues so maybe I would choose something different if I had to choose. I wouldn’t mind a trained eagle that could have its own freedom and would fly back for fun and enjoyment when I call it outside. I think they are majestic in flight, beautiful and are a symbol of our nation. However, I would not want to feed them. 🙂

Puppies are sweet, but Eagles are pretty awesome!

Congrats on hitting 500! That’s quite the achievement. 😀
Since you said aaaany pet, I’m going with a dragon. Because you never know, they might exist. I’m willing to hedge my bet on this one. xD Even better if I don’t have to worry about the logistics of feeding them, because that means I won’t have to sacrifice my neighbors after all! I mean …

Congratulations! I’m Jean. My fiancé and I already have three cats… If I could have any additional pets without worrying about overcrowding, cost of food, etc., I would absolutely say MORE CATS. Because apparently it is my destiny to be a crazy cat lady — even though my fiancé is the one who keeps trying to talk me into getting a fourth furbaby.

Flying cat or standard?

Standard. The other three get into enough mischief without being able to fly to the few places they can’t actually climb.
