- Making the Most of a Virtual Convention – I’ve worked a bunch of them since the pandemic started, and since it seems virtual or hybrid conventions are here to stay, here are my top tips for getting the most out of them.
On the Podcast “Writing Tips and Writerly Musings”:
- Using Unsafe Spaces to Propel Your Characters Forward – Places can be unsafe due to the environment itself, or because of the people in the place. Sometimes? Home is the unsafe place. Picture(s) of the Week:
Wednesday afternoon, I got my Covid booster. And, just like my second shot, about 12 hours in, I got a headache, exhaustion, chills, and fever for about 12 hours, and then was on the mend. If that’s a taste of Covid, I’d much rather have the 12-hour version than the real thing.
