Content Around The Web:

On the Podcast “Writing Tips and Writerly Musings”:

  • CSI: Fantasy Edition – When you’re writing a story, there’s usually SOMETHING the main character doesn’t know and has to figure out. Sometimes, it’s what someone else is thinking. It could be, where to find the McGuffin? But often? There’s a whole mystery to solve! With a body growing cold.

On The Blog (In Case You Missed It):

  • Author Spotlight: Anat Aliraz! – She’s a mother of four, a neonatal and children’s physiotherapist, who also practices martial arts, and somewhere in between finds time to write! She’s sharing writing tips and more.

New Works By Previous Guests:

Kelly Brakenhoff is back with an addition to her picture book ASL series.

My Dawg Koa (Duke the Deaf Dog ASL Series Book 3)

Deaf friends Duke and Koa are the same, but they are also different.
Duke the Deaf Dog learns about similarities and differences between friends and families. A fun, engaging way to teach children that best friends share common interests. Their houses may look different, and their parents may have different rules and expectations, but Duke finds one thing families share no matter what: LOVE.

Rebecca Mikkelson‘s second book of The Anatalian Series is out!

The Anatalian Countess

Margaret loses everything when Liam Fulton stumbles upon her country home, bringing soldiers in his wake who are trying to capture him. Guilt-ridden for turning her life upside down, Liam spirits her away to the town of Marbon, where he knows she’ll be safe if she’ll stay put. Can they escape Liam’s past, or is Margaret’s future ruined beyond repair?

Picture(s) of the Week:

So… the bird feeder on my bedroom window didn’t last long after this squirrel sat down in it and proceeded to eat several handfuls of sunflower seeds while Catticus was trying to get through the window and get to him — at 6:45 in the morning! It’s gotta find a different window, because I don’t like mornings.
